Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester appeared on Live With Regis and Kelly this morning (September 1st) and looked absolutely stunning!!!! I LOVED her new hair color and her dress looked FAB. To top it off, she wore amazing Christian Louboutin pumps. There is also a GREAT CLIP from Season 2 of Gossip Girl too!

I'm so mad! I woke up early this morning just so I could watch her on the show and not 10 minutes after Kelly and Regis comes on I fall asleep!
