Leighton Meester Looks GORGEOUS on Regis!
Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester appeared on Live With Regis and Kelly this morning (September 1st) and looked absolutely stunning!!!! I LOVED her new hair color and her dress looked FAB. To top it off, she wore amazing Christian Louboutin pumps. There is also a GREAT CLIP from Season 2 of Gossip Girl too!
Leighton Meester Working On Her Debut Album!!??
Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester has been singing and writing songs for the past couple of years. During the break between the seasons, she worked on her debut album which is almost complete, though no release date has been finalized.”I was in LA during the break between the seasons and I did pretty much the entire album,” Meester told Ryan Seacrest on his morning show on KIIS FM Wednesday, August 27. “I want to go back in and just do a few more songs.”
“I am almost done with my album. I am not sure when it will come out. Obviously I have to plan it with the show because I am married to the show.” Not all the tracks on the album have been written by her. Some of the songs that she has written are influenced by her life in New York.
“It is fun music that you can dance to,” she said.
“There are couple of things about past things that are not so happy,” she added alluding to her past relationships.
Talking about relationships, Meester made a surprising revelation that she has no problems getting over them.
“Maybe I am without emotions,” she conceded to Seacrest’s challenge.
However, she feels girls get over relationship breakdowns better than guys.
Here are her responses to some tough questions from a combative Seacrest.
Do you think men, or woman, are more possessive?
I think men are more openly possessive and women are more secretly.
Do you think you are a control freak?
No
When you are in a relationship, do you like to make the decisions or do you let the guy…
I let the guy…
Do you think you are low maintenance or high maintenance?
I think I am high - low maintenance.
I am low maintenance but you can’t do nothing. You have to…like you know…try.
Is it OK for a guy to ask a girl out via text?
If you are already dating…it is.
What about if you are not dating?
I think that is fine…as long as you can actually have a conversation with boys.

GOSSIP GIRL Season TWO Preview!!
Gossip Girl Season One has come to a conclusion.... but it will be back for Season TWO!!!!
Here is a SPOILER for what may be coming up for Season Two:
"In season two, Dan and Serena will be up and down and all around and everywhere except happy coupledom. The crazy good news, though, is that Chuck and Blair are so on. Apparently, the producers have noticed the chemistry that lies within that naughty duo, and there’ll be much more of them ahead. I’m actually told they will be “the couple” moving forward! In the season premiere, we’ll see that there is a lady in Nate’s life, and she’s all kinds of trouble, and she’s… not Serena. Or Blair! Also, there’ll be some new characters next season from what I hear. They’re casting for the season premiere as we speak, and Dan has a summer job working for a Norman Mailer type."
